This position offers a flexible schedule and may be part-time or full-time (18-35 hours/week), depending on the candidate’s availability and the needs of the department.

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Making copies and scanning documents
• Organizing and maintaining records and files
• Assisting with responses to public records requests
• Providing support with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Assisting Student Services staff with other projects and tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Special education experience is preferred, but not required
