Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Assist in advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with Meineke’s standards and safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed.
  • Stay current with industry trends through ongoing training.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent technical training.
  • Strong understanding of brake systems, suspension, steering, and basic electrical diagnostics.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures accurately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
