Responsibilities
  • Parts Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of BMW parts and accessories.
  • Order Processing:
    Process client orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
    Assist clients in identifying the right BMW parts for their vehicles and provide expert advice on installation and maintenance.
  • Vendor Communication:
    Coordinate with vendors to procure BMW parts and negotiate favorable terms for the dealership.
  • Documentation:
    Keep detailed records of parts transactions, warranties, and returns.
Requirements
  • Automotive Knowledge:
    Familiarity with BMW vehicles and automotive parts is preferred.
  • Customer Focus:
    Strong customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    Ability to accurately identify and match parts to customer needs.
  • Communication
