Compensation: $50,000 annual salary + year-end bonus + full healthcare + 401(k) contribution
About the RoleWe're looking for a warm, reliable, and organized House Manager & Family Assistant to become an integral part of our family’s day-to-day rhythm. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to create a positive environment where kids can thrive and a household runs with care and calm.
You’ll have two core areas of impact: home management and childcare support. You'll be the dependable presence who keeps things flowing, plans ahead, and shows up with both heart and hustle.
What You’ll DoFamily Care & Household Management- Keep the household running smoothly with laundry, tidying, and restocking essentials
- Plan and prepare healthy, delicious dinners when the kids are home (2–3 nights/week)
- Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen
- Run errands like grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items
- Manage household supplies (paper goods, toiletries, etc.)
- Provide general care and oversight for the children (school-age and younger)
- Drive them to school and extracurriculars
- Organize fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Encourage balanced screen time and learning habits
- Offer help with homework and learning support
- Be a consistent, safe, and joyful part of the children’s daily lives
The children live in the home Monday, Tuesday, and every other Friday. Household management duties are generally concentrated on Wednesday, Thursday, and non-kid Fridays—though flexibility and adaptability are key, as needs may shift day-to-day.
What You’ll Receive- Competitive Salary: $50,000 per year
