Safety Manager - Commercial Construction
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
We’re a growing commercial construction group with a strong pipeline of ground‑up and renovation work across the region. As the team expands, we’re looking for a Safety Manager who can lead site safety initiatives, drive compliance, and build a proactive, high‑performing safety culture across multiple jobsites. Ability to travel highly desired.

- Oversee and continuously improve the company’s safety and health program.
- Lead all site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews; issue reports and corrective action plans.
- Develop and deliver company wide safety training programs, including OSHA 10/30, first aid, CPR, and project‑specific sessions.
- Serve as the primary contact for all safety‑related matters, including OSHA inspections and insurance reviews.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks before and during construction.
- Track and analyze safety performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent documentation, incident reporting, and compliance across all projects.
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Ability to influence safety culture across multiple projects and teams.
- OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) required; CHST or similar credentials preferred.
