A well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years of experience in the Texas construction industry is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This organization is known for delivering high-quality electrical systems while maintaining a strong culture of excellence and safety.
SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, field leadership, and stakeholders to support successful project execution
- Lead by example with a “Safety First” mindset and enforce strict safety standards across all job sites
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field teams
- Prepare detailed project estimates, schedules, and budgets based on project scope
- Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electrical construction industry
- Strong understanding of electrical project delivery, blueprint reading, and schematics
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
