A long-established electrical contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee daily field operations. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all specifications.

• Oversee daily onsite operations to ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to support seamless workflow.
• Manage project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
• Prepare project reports including progress updates, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Lead and mentor Superintendents and field personnel.
• Perform QA/QC inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.

• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction management or as an electrical Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety practices.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera or Prolog is preferred.
• Experience with estimating and budgeting is a strong plus.
  
  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
