Chemical Blending - Customer Service

Genesis Custom Chemical Blending is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.

• Manage the order process in QAD, including sales order entry, picking tickets, shipments, BOL's, and invoices.
• Communicate customer needs to the production team and coordinate shipment times.
• Update and maintain the Order Update Sheet with order details and shipment schedule.
• Correspond with customers regarding order and shipment status.
• Address and resolve any customer requests or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Minimum of 5 years' business experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Adaptability and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience with an ERP system.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
