Team Health is excited to offer a new opportunity for a full-time emergency medicine (EM) physician at Midland Memorial Hospital, a 272-bed, not-for-profit facility located in the heart of Midland, Texas. Accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a level III trauma center, Midland Memorial, provides exceptional care across a range of services, including emergency care, surgery, and women?s

and children?s health.

Emergency Department Snapshot:

• 43-bed emergency department
• Annual volume of 73,000 patients
• 40 hours of physician coverage daily
• 40 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage daily

This dynamic, community-based hospital collaborates closely with surrounding urgent care centers and surgical facilities to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.

  September 1, 2025
• Practice model: independent contractor (1099)
• Compensation: competitive hourly rate, plus productivity-based earnings
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Available for full-time providers
• Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage

Qualifications:

• Emergency medicine board certified or eligible
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
