A well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery group in West Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dedicated team. The practice includes 2 experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 2 APPs, serving parts of Southeastern New Mexico, the Permian Basin, and surrounding communities, with a catchment area of approximately 500,000 residents.Position Highlights: Join the only Cardiothoracic surgery group in the region Shared call coverage between three nearby hospitals (all within 20 miles) Dedicated cardiac OR and cardiac anesthesia team High surgical volume with complex case mix Collaborative team of physicians and APPsQualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Unrestricted Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in Cardiothoracic surgery preferred
