Practice Setting- Make a meaningful impact in a patient‑centric, nonprofit setting
- Work alongside 2 physicians and 3 mid-level providers in a collaborative environment
- Serve primarily adult patients; minimal pediatric cases
- Dedicated team of 1 nurse and 1 medical assistant per provider
- Standard clinic hours
- Minimal call schedule (1:6 rotation, no hospital call, only abnormal labs)
- Annual guaranteed base salary, plus production incentives
