The Student Support Coordinator is the heart of the Dys Connections family experience and serves as the first point of contact for both prospective and current families. This role focuses on scheduling assessments and classes, guiding families through the onboarding process, answering questions with clarity and compassion, and ensuring each child is thoughtfully placed based on academic and emotional readiness. The coordinator manages communication and student data using tools such as Teach works, Google Workspace, and Go High Level , while keeping leadership informed every step of the way.
This is a remote, relationship driven position that blends organization, communication, and purpose driven work to support families and help more students receive life changing reading support. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a consistent schedule set by you, including at least 3 hours on the weekend to accommodate family needs.
