ERSG is partnering with one of the country’s largest renewable energy owner/operators to grow their team of wind technicians in West Texas. This opportunity is open to entry-level technicians from renewable energy and oil & gas backgrounds. Ideal candidates live near Midland, Odessa, or Lamesa. Training will be provided.
Starting January 2026.

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wind turbines.
• Perform work following company safety protocols and procedures and using appropriate PPE.
• Use all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Participate in training and education as needed.

• Wind School Diploma OR 1 Year of Wind Technician Experience OR Oil field experience
• Authorized to work in the US
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for extended periods
• Ability/willingness to work at heights
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Career minded - looking for long term opportunity and development
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screen and background check
• Valid driver's license
