A telecommunications company in Midland, Texas is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes and support the transition of products from design to production. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or have equivalent experience, with 0–3 years in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to engineering principles and proficiency with MS Office and CAD/CAM tools is preferred.
