Join NOV as a Sr. Applications Engineer in Midland and apply your expertise in ESP design and optimization.
Responsibilities- Analyze real-time data from SCADA and wellbore diagrams to provide optimal ESP designs.
- Communicate with Sales team on opportunities to optimize designs.
- Perform design reviews (internal and external).
- Coordinate engineering design support for new product development.
- Provide customer-facing support in ESP design and comparative lift analysis.
- Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of ESP product, processes, and operations.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and costing principles.
- While performing the duties, the employee is required to sit and use the computer regularly.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SCADA systems.
- Travel less than 25%.
