Applications Engineering & Technical Support Manager – Oil & Gas Water Treatment
LocationFlexible / Field-Oriented

Key Responsibilities- Lead technical support and serve as the primary escalation point for field‑deployed produced‑water treatment systems
- Provide applications engineering support for bids, proposals, and customer engagements within oil & gas operations
- Design and configure treatment solutions for high‑TDS produced water
, including pretreatment, membrane systems, and chemical treatment - Troubleshoot membranes, high‑pressure pumps, instrumentation, controls, and process performance issues in field environments
- Support commissioning, startup, optimization, and lifecycle performance of modular and mobile water treatment assets
- Analyze field performance data, conduct root cause analysis
, and drive reliability and uptime improvements - Train field operators, service teams, and customers on system operation, maintenance, and optimization
- BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related)
- 5–7+ years of experience in oil & gas water treatment, produced water, or industrial water systems
- Strong hands‑on experience with membranes, high‑pressure systems, pretreatment, and water chemistry
- Background in applications engineering, field engineering, technical support, or operations
- Experience supporting modular or mobile systems in oilfield environments preferred
- Combination of office, remote, and oilfield‑based work
, including upstream, midstream, and remote installations - Exposure to variable weather, industrial noise, and active energy operations
- High‑impact,
customer‑facing technical leadership role in oil & gas water management - Direct involvement in produced‑water treatment challenges and field execution
- Close collaboration with engineering, product, and commercial teams supporting energy customers
