Sr. Completions Engineer

Our Midland, TX division seeks an experienced Completions Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in completing new horizontal wells with multiple-stage water‑fracs. Key responsibilities include writing completion procedures, designing and optimizing stimulation and completion operations, improving fracs through creative approaches, supervising field consultants, conducting field studies, and applying reservoir engineering principles. In addition, the role requires a passion for data analytics and a history of extracting actionable insights from large datasets to support decision‑making across the organization.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required
• Must have 5+ years of work experience and demonstrated competencies relative to the position as described.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work in a multi‑disciplined environment with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the company.
• Ability to work in a highly innovative, fast‑paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
