Are you an MPD professional ready to take ownership of engineering, operations support, and customer relationships—right in the heart of the Permian? This is your chance to be the go-to technical expert for some of the most active drilling programs in the U.S.

• Lead the engineering side of MPD well planning—hydraulics, tripping, displacements, cementing strategies, matrices, modeling & more.
• Create and review all MPD procedures, P&IDs, simulations, and technical deliverables.
• Work face-to-face with operators, rig teams, and engineering groups across the Permian.
• Provide on-site and remote MPD support, troubleshooting, and real-time guidance.
• Train crews on MPD tools, software, and best practices.
• Support sales & business development efforts by ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

• 3–5+ years in MPD or drilling engineering
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, wellbore pressure control & MPD systems
• Ability to travel locally for rig visits & operational support
• Motivated, customer-focused, and eager to help grow our market presence
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
