.

• Coordination:
  Provide early design input for Brownfield Expansion Projects to minimize downtime.
• Shutdown Planning:
  Finalize and coordinate Shutdown Plans, including scope, execution timing, and isolation philosophy.
• Deliverables Management:
  Oversee Lean Thinking reviews, Integrated Schedules, and Checkpoint Summary Deliverables.
• Activity Tracking:
  Steward tracking of integrated plan activities through Go / No-Go phases.
• Leadership Facilitation:
  Facilitate reviews with Senior Leadership on Checkpoints and Post Shutdown Lookback reviews.
• Mentorship:
  Mentor less experienced Shutdown Coordinators to build organizational capacity.
• Tool Development:
  Support the development and refinement of integrated shutdown scheduling tools.
• Feedback Provision:
  Provide insights on future enhancement capabilities for shutdown execution schedules.

• Turnaround Execution:
  Proven experience in turnaround execution and planning.
• Shutdown Management:
  Strong understanding of shutdown processes and methodologies.
• Scheduling Tools:
  Familiarity with Primavera and Microsoft Project is advantageous.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years in turnaround execution or shutdown coordination.
