  • Supervise project Systems Completion Clerks and SCDB Administrator to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Contractors to guarantee comprehension and compliance with systems completion requirements, including walkdowns, punch lists, turnover, and handover activities.
  • Monitor commissioning progress, proactively address emerging issues, and drive final systems/subsystems completion for turnover to pre‑commissioning/operations.
  • Apply strong working knowledge of electrical systems, tagging, and discipline verification activities, especially in pipeline, engine, and compressor settings.
  • Enforce project priorities around safety, quality, and schedule, asserting leadership to resolve issues and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Support field operations from the Midland office, with focus on efficient close‑out and documentation for all systems.

  • Strong knowledge of completions processes, facility hierarchy, tagging systems, A/B check sheets, and relevant standards.
