Satellite Micro-Integrations Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Satellite Micro-Integrations Engineer to support a flourishing satellite manufacturing company based out of Midland, TX. The Satellite Micro-Integrations Engineer is responsible for supporting the mission of building the first space cellular network satellites in preparation for launch.

• Support the design, tooling, fixturing, programming, testing and documentation of satellite electrical micro-integrations.
• Utilize Auto Cad, ERP/MES/PLM systems for design and hardware implementation.
• Provide electrical/electronic coding with technologies such as MATLAB and Python.
• Utilize the Six-Sigma methodology for product design, materials, parts, fabrication process, tooling and production.
• Participate or lead safety, Kaizen or other initiatives.

• 2-8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Aeronautical, spacecraft, automobile or satellite electrical engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in handling large mechanical structures: aerospace, launch operations, and/or satellite experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
