Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Experts in one of our new Turbo Tax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax Live - Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

In this role, you will work on‑site from a Turbo Tax location, serving customers both in‑person and virtually using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to understand each customer’s unique situation and connect with them personally is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes.

You will assist with simple W‑2 filings, navigate life events, and handle more complex tax scenarios such as business income, amendments, or investments, and serve as the go‑to expert for your clients. You will also help grow Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community, building long‑term relationships and driving customer loyalty.

• Provide tax expertise by giving hands‑on tax advice and completing preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, cultivating a robust customer base, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long‑term clients.
• Educate and communicate confidently, representing Turbo Tax in the community and hosting learning events.
• Build relationships by demonstrating understanding and sensitivity to customers’ financial concerns.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience, interacting in person and via video communication tools, and addressing client inquiries.

• Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Be familiar with Circular 230.
• Be willing and available to work a static weekly schedule of at least 24 hours per week at a Turbo Tax location.
• Be interested in building a local and online social presence as a Turbo Tax Expert, creating tax‑related content in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Have experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
