Full-time or Part-Time employees must be able to work a flexible, open availability schedule with no restrictions, including nights, weekends (Saturday‑Sunday are required), and any business holidays. An active cosmetology license for the state of this listing is required for this position. Bilingual stylist preferred!

• Over 40 hours of PAID TRAINING in the first 3 months – with advanced cutting & color classes at our Hairstylist Academy.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to perform POS system transactions, opening or close‑out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.
• Must be comfortable lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10‑25 lbs.
