Medical Assistant – Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Assistants to join our growing practice in Midland. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Salary: $16 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Midland

• Interview patients to obtain medical histories and vital signs
• Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as administering injections and medications
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits
• Assist with laboratory procedures and specimen collection
• Perform administrative duties including answering phones and greeting patients

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Scribing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with specialty and/or primary care practices
• Experience in patient education and care coordination
