This is a full‑time, on‑site Paramedic role located in or around Midland, TX. The Paramedic will be responsible for providing high‑quality emergency and non‑emergency medical care to patients in remote oil and gas field locations. Key duties include assessing medical conditions, managing treatment plans, operating medical equipment, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the readiness of medical equipment and supplies.

• Strong skills in patient assessment, emergency medical care, and treatment plan development
• Proficiency in operating medical equipment and handling life‑saving interventions
• Effective documentation and record‑keeping skills
• Ability to work in challenging and remote field environments while maintaining professionalism and composure
• Current state and/or national paramedic certification (such as NREMT) and licensure
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Experience in emergency medicine, remote healthcare, or oil and gas field operations is an asset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential extended shifts
