Role And Responsibilities
As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Your duties include identifying issues, modifying therapy approaches as needed, tracking and documenting patient progress, and celebrating patient victories to ensure effective rehabilitation.
Qualifications And Skills- Current state licensure or certification.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Master’s degree preferred;
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
- Empathy and dedication to patient well-being.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual needs.
