Speech Therapist

As a Speech Pathologist
, you will evaluate, assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and communication challenges. Your responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and documenting patient progress to ensure effective rehabilitation. You will celebrate patient victories and contribute to their communication improvement.

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred;
  Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual needs.
• Passion for patient-centered care and positive outcomes.

• Provide speech and language therapy in a supportive environment.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
