Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in PRN evening shift roles, providing compassionate patient care and respiratory treatments.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering direct respiratory care using medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
- Supervising care, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Celebrating patient progress and recovery.
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
- At least two years of hospital experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a motivated team environment.
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment and technology.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
