Wyndham Midland Downtown Hotel is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. We are seeking a reliable individual who provides excellent guest service, works independently, and ensures accurate financial reporting during overnight operations.

- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports
Process guest payments and maintain accurate records - Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety during overnight hours
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
- Night audit experience is a plus
