HR Generalist / Talent Management
Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, is seeking a Field HR Generalist to support field construction operations across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico. This role will partner directly with Construction Managers, site leaders, and field supervisors to strengthen workforce readiness, supervisor effectiveness, talent decisions, and employee relations in a project-driven EPC environment.
This is a field-facing role for an HR professional who wants to stay close to the work.
