Field Service Manager – TETRA Technologies, Inc.

• Ensure all daily operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with TETRA Policies & Procedures.
• Supervise and oversee various jobs and operators.
• Attend, assist, and lead safety meetings and training sessions at the facility and/or job site.
• Send internal and external progress reports for operations as required.
• Provide general direction and assign work to all facility operations personnel.
• Communicate (teach, train, explain), comply with and promote ES policies.
• Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical problems within operations, coordinate with engineering, and ensure approved solutions are executed.
• Perform duties and responsibilities of operations personnel as required.
• Assist with scheduling and job planning to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to regulatory requirements; assist with inspections, reports, and related items.
• Order and deliver material requirements to various job sites.
• Manage operation resources (material and employees) to meet business needs.
• Recommend disciplinary actions and promotions for operators on shift.
• Track and monitor operational costs, driving improvements.
• Participate in incident investigations and lead implementation of corrective actions.
• Complete additional tasks at management discretion.

• Bachelor of Science in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of related experience.
• Travel requirement up to 20% of the time.

• Complete pre‑employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
