Maintenance Supervisor

Brunel is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to work in Midland, TX for initially a 1-year contract.

This role is responsible for directing or overseeing work done by others in maintaining company facilities, owning and managing the relationship with Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) and construction providers. The focus is on delivering objectives within agreed performance parameters and driving continuous improvement. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises maintenance teams to help operations deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Skills include adaptability, analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, decision-making, risk management, and initiative.
• Experience in SSHE management, operations and maintenance, critical maintenance activities, planning, scheduling, turnaround planning, and maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English, especially for technical and business communications.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments internally and externally.
