Shop Technician
Join the NOV team as a Shop Technician. Work on shop‐level tasks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The role requires technical know‑how, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Test ESP equipment
- Complete inspections
- Maintain 6S program
- Operate forklift
- Load/Unload equipment
- Move equipment to proper locations
- Norming of inbound equipment
- Maintain stock levels
- Pull equipment
- Cycle count inventory
- Receive inbounds
- Document equipment and parts
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in the industry preferred, but not required
- Good listening skills and a passion to learn
- High work ethic, dependability, and detail‑oriented
- Must be a team player
- Must be open to cross‑training opportunities
- Strong communication skills
