As a Material Handler
, you’ll play a key role in powering our manufacturing and service operations for industry-leading drilling equipment. Your work keeps our warehouse running smoothly—and our customers running strong.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment for accuracy and quality
• Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment
• Stage and prepare materials for production, service teams, and outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
• Perform cycle counts and assist with regular physical inventory
• Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to hit critical deadlines
• Follow all safety policies to ensure a secure work environment
• Jump in to support other warehouse and operations activities as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience (oilfield or manufacturing experience is a plus!)
• Valid forklift certification—or willingness to obtain one
• Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-first mindset

• Active warehouse setting with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
• Overtime or occasional weekend work may be required based on operational demands
