Snelling, Llc is seeking Meat Room Assistants to support our established meat processing operations in Midland, Texas.
You will hand cut skirt meat for fajita strips, operate patty machines, and assist with weighing, packing, and boxing products. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential for this hands-on role.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a cold environment, and pass a background and drug screening.
