With a strategic focus on creating wealth for our clients, we are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Director to elevate our brand presence, support client engagement, and drive deal flow through targeted marketing strategies.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Director will lead the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and branding initiatives for the firm. This role will be instrumental in enhancing visibility in investor, broker, and tenant markets; driving pipeline growth for acquisitions and capital partners; and building a trusted brand within the Texas real estate investment space. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven experience in real estate, private equity, or financial services marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support investor/client relations, deal sourcing, tenant acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor behavior to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing goals with investment strategies and business development plans.
• Brand Development & Management
  • Oversee brand identity, messaging, and positioning across digital and physical platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and voice across all touchpoints, including investor presentations, offering memoranda, and public communications.

• Digital & Content Marketing
  • Manage website content, SEO, and analytics to increase online visibility.
  • Direct content creation for social media, newsletters, pitch decks, and investment materials.
  • Develop email campaigns to engage potential and existing clients.
• Client & Broker Relations Support
  • Design and manage marketing
  • Assist in the creation of client reports, event marketing materials, and conference presentations.
• Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team or manage external agency partners.
  • Oversee marketing budget, timelines, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate investment, private equity, or a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment terminology, and deal lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Linked In Ads, etc.) and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent project management, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in CRM, investor portals, or capital raise marketing tools is a plus.
• Local market knowledge of West Texas or oil & gas-adjacent communities preferred.
