Midland Memorial Hospital has maintained a commitment to quality healthcare for over 60 years. Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively in the NICU to deliver exceptional care.

• 18 beds, Level II NICU
• Approximately 2,300 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 11
• In-house NNP coverage 24/7
• Physicians provide daytime coverage; call from home
• Current Level II NICU with plans to develop into Level III by early 2026

Midland, Texas, offers a vibrant community with a strong economy, quality of life, cultural attractions, outdoor activities, arts, and sports.

• TX medical license or active IMLC license preferred
• Current APRN national certification required
• Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience
• Recent NNP experience within the past 12 months
