Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Midland, TX

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a high‑acuity women’s services team in Midland, Texas. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to rotate through multiple L&D functions, including triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and transition care. Candidates must be prepared to work one holiday (eve and day) during the assignment.

• Ability to rotate through:

• No postpartum responsibilities
• Strong clinical assessment and fetal monitoring skills
• Experience in high‑acuity L&D settings preferred

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the labor and delivery continuum
• Support patients through high‑risk and routine obstetric situations
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia, and neonatal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, evidence‑based practice, and patient‑centered care
• Participate in holiday coverage as required
