At Vetwest Midland, you’ll work alongside a close-knit team of four Veterinarians, five Nurses, plus a dedicated Head Nurse and Practice Manager, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We focus exclusively on small animals, with the added variety of caring for local wildlife—a unique and rewarding aspect of our clinic given our location.

With the latest diagnostic tools like dental x-ray and ultrasound, you’ll be equipped to provide top-quality care. Our booked appointment system and day hospitalisation options also help you manage your time and maintain a great work-life balance.

You’ll receive continuous mentorship and professional development, including access to our Graduate Academy and in-house Veterinary Training Centre, ensuring you have the resources to succeed.

Looking ahead, Vetwest Midland will move to a new facility in 2026, designed to enhance patient care and provide a modern, innovative workspace for our team. This move presents exciting opportunities for both personal and professional growth as we continue to expand.

Your days will typically rotate between treatment/surgery shifts and consulting shifts, working closely with another veterinarian. We roster collaboratively, balancing the needs of the clinic with the personal needs of our team.

• BVSc (or equivalent) and registration (or eligibility) to practice in WA
• A team-focused vet with open communication skills
• Enthusiasm to develop confidence across medical and surgical caseloads
• Commitment to exceptional patient care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
