• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signage, and keeping informed on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales trends, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms as opportunities to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from the fitting room and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable and prompt attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).

• Housekeeping of cash register operations as needed; ability to climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (up to 15 pounds regularly; up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Continuous mobility for scheduled shifts; exposure to varying temperatures and elements in some roles.
