Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member‑assist – cart attendant role you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and assisting members in loading their vehicles.

You will also support creating a great member experience – constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to the company’s drug‑free workplace policy.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
