Reporting Relationships

This position will report directly to the Quotations Manager.

Scope

The Quotations Specialist will support the organization by providing quotes for projects in oil and gas products and services. Quality, work efficiency, superior customer service, and customer satisfaction are paramount. This position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This individual will also consistently seek improvement in quotation processes and best practices.

• Tender project quotations per customer requirements and select appropriate company equipment/products and services to meet application requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple groups to complete assigned customer bid process, including but not limited to Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Management teams.
• Determine cost, margin, and market price analysis and present to sales and operations management, justifying the position before the quotation submission.
• Use metrics to track project quotation results and to improve company efforts.
• Assist in establishing a best‑in‑class project quotations system that is financially accurate, efficient, and repeatable.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not required, and 2+ years of experience in oil and gas sales and quotations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
