Field Sales Specialist

A leading environmental solutions provider is seeking a driven, field-based Sales Specialist to lead business development across the Permian and Delaware Basins — with a strong focus on remediation waste and landfill services.

The client is looking for a self-motivated, relationship-focused professional with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for solving complex environmental challenges in the oilfield.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of landfill and remediation services to E&P operators, waste haulers, and service providers
• Cultivate and expand key customer relationships through in-field presence and value-based selling
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and corporate teams to deliver turnkey solutions
• Leverage CRM tools to track activity, generate reports, and meet revenue targets

Required skillset and experience:

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in oil & gas, environmental services, or waste management
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of oilfield waste logistics, remediation regulations, and landfill operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
