Overview

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our 100% commission-based team with residual income potential. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and opportunities to earn growth through activations, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

About Xplor:
We provide cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses to manage payments and other operations. Xplor Pay enables businesses to get paid quickly and securely with transparent, fast payments. Responsibilities
  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training

You Are / Qualifications

You Are:

  • A natural communicator and closer
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

  • Location:

    You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region
Compensation

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. We Are Xplor Pay
