Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Join Cintas as a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division. You will manage and grow customer accounts by delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products while driving a truck along an established route.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining a safe, professional work environment.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification prior to employment.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; military service is acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and teamwork.
