Account Manager is responsible for contacting all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired and working with them to maintain the account. Although this role involves extensive telephone activity, it is more focused on sales than collections. The primary goal of the Account Manager is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer, rather than solely collecting payments.
Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Pass drug screening and background check.
- Prior experience in sales, rental, account management, collections, rent-to-own, or automotive sales is highly beneficial for success in this role.
