This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Housing Consultant based in Midland, TX. The Housing Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and purchasing manufactured and mobile homes. Day‑to‑day tasks include providing detailed information about home features, eco‑friendly benefits, and pricing. You will also manage paperwork, coordinate with builders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the home buying process.

• Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of manufactured and mobile homes, especially energy‑efficient models
• The ability to explain technical details and benefits of home features clearly
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing paperwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with basic computer software and sales management tools
• A background in real estate or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are beneficial
