Territory Sales Representative – West Texas Area

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Midland, TX or Permian Basin Area. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within their designated territory. They will develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Additionally, the role involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales processes
- Problem‑solving skills with a proactive and customer‑centric approach
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory located in the West Texas/Permian Basin Area
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) may include specialized or vocational courses. Associate/bachelor's degree a plus, but not mandatory.
- One to three years sales experience. Sales experience in Industrial/Institutional/Construction/Oil & Gas and Transportation a plus.
- Must possess basic technical ability/skills to be able to install and maintain basic dispensing equipment.
$70,000/year with quarterly bonuses. Guaranteed increase in yearly salary if specific sales goals are met.
