Education requirements: Position requires skills normally obtained through the completion of high school, GED, or equivalent.
Travel Requirements: This position requires a valid state‑issued driver’s license, and employees must pass an initial drug and alcohol screening quent travel to assigned job sites within an assigned region.
Job SummaryXRI’s Midstream division collects and moves water through poly pipe, lay flat hose and underground pipeline systems from water sources to customer frac jobs. Sourcing operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and rigging down jobs safely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Laying and picking up lay flat hose, running transfer pumps, and essential equipment for water transfer operations
- Loading and unloading pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport
- Observing machine operations, gauges, and adjusting controls to maintain specified conditions
- Setting up and rigging down pumps and generators at job sites
- Assist in containment and spill clean ups
- Communicating with other workers, using phone, text and emails
- Using common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, impacts, and wrenches
- Driving trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel to perform job task
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand detailed directions and job assignments
- Complies with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and standards, as well as company policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more on a consistent basis
- Able to operate equipment and vehicles
- Proficiency in English
- Diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Communication skills
- Must be flexible to a changing work environment, available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Must be a team player, self‑motivated and able to prioritize
