Seeking a mechanically inclined, and safety-oriented field mechanic. This position is responsible for heavy duty diesel maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on trucks and trailers.

Safety Awareness
Strong Diagnostic Skills-must be able to diagnose issues using scan tools, read fault codes, and track down problems efficiently—not just swap parts.
perform ECM/ECU updates and calibrations
Hands on
Experience with Diesel Systems
Heavy Duty Engines (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar)
Fuel Injection Systems
Aftertreatment systems
Air brakes
Disc brakes
Drum Brakes
Hydraulics
Ability to Read and Understand Hydraulic Schematics
Use pressure gauges and flow meters
Identify the cause of slow/weak hydraulics
Spot symptoms of cavitation, aeration, stuck valves, or pump failure
knowledge of Hydraulic components
Electrical
Diagnose shorts, opens, high resistance, blown fuses
read wiring diagrams
Proficient with electrical tools
harness repair and wiring skills
Reliability
Shows up consistently
Communicates clearly
Can prioritize urgent repairs
Works independently when needed
